How important is it that we are fully present, fully alive to what is in front of us; our chalenges, our opportunities, our work, our colleagues and our loved ones. To be present is to be fully open, tu be fully aware of everything around us. In modern daybusiness it is all too easy to be caught in a thousand different thoughts at once. We are mentally scattered by too many tasks, responsibilities, emails, meetings and deadlines.
The breath
We say that we don't even get a chance to catch our breath. If you think about this phrase it shows our lack of presence as the breath is something that we always do, yet we rarely focus or listen to it. Listening our breathing is often the first way into becoming present. It is the way into a world of awareness, meditation and calm. We simply don't have time for. Presence is simply re-discovering the breath and allowing ourselves the space for reflection.
Leadership & innovation will be highlighted through a creative workshop as participants will have to work well together to create the journey of a true leader.

As leaders, we are relied upon to deliver the vision, direction and creativity which bring the team/company towards its goals. With full awareness those qualities are enhanced and sharpened bringing a new clarity to our work/life.
Format: This is a one event in which you will engage in a series of coaching conversations on the topic of leadership and management integration. It will be an open forum which will include topics, questions, answers, and coaching.
This session will be held by Martin Holme and Simon McCarty from UK, two of our Performance Coaches in Leadership.

Creative African Instruments:
- sound shapes - are small handheld drums, they come in different colors with different tones.
- boom whackers - boom whackers show the simple magic of tuned percussion creating a wonderful melodic sound
