At the beginning of this year, it took place the open coaching session "What if 2009 will become your Best Year Yet?" and we had the pleasure to have among us managers and leaders from: Orange Romania, Honeywell Garrett, MediaPro Interactiv, Policolor, Relad, Logo Bigger, United Com, Ipsos Interactive, HR Management Club, Vodafone, Coca Cola HBC, Mediapro Studios, IKEA Supply AG, Relevance Management, Feminis.ro, Berlitz Romania and Gemedica.
This individual coaching engagement awaken, inspired and transformed the view about both professional and personal life, and created a strategic plan to achieve new and powerfull objectives. Through this workshop we delivered a strategic planning and implementation tool that produces results, year after year.
Within HR Club Management we organized a demo session for all HR members addressing a different conversation and view in leadership through "Orchestrating Creativity & Innovation in Leadership". We prepared for the audience a unique session which made a difference in the way of seeing how to access innovation and creativity in business among teams through leadership.
The entire audience was encouraged to consider the following few questions:
- What energy brings leadership?
- How do we access creativity & innovation?
- What sort of breakthrough are you looking for?
Participants in this session were as follows: Tandem-consulting, BNI, HR Romania, Cristim, Perspective Group, Garanti Bank, Business IQ, Coca Cola HBC, Grenke, MMM Consulting, MyJob, Medicover, Ensight, NCH Advisors and e-training.
As we are the first development company delivering our coaching prgrams to the sport area, this time, we had the opportunity to change the world of the FC Brasov football team, working close to their coach Razvan Lucescu, with the result of their qualification into the 1st League this year. We are continuing the sessions for the next year as well. Coaching the team was about a different attitude as winners which brings them to different results, creating new possibilities, new openings for action and improved performance. It is fundamentally concerned with improving performance and learning.
In the same sport area, we are continuing the coaching sessions with all National Handball Teams as Romanian Handball Federation is our client since 2006.
Our team delivered 2 Best Year Yet workshops addreseed to Labormed Pharma (1 year engagement) - which brings them to 1 year strategic planning, alignment, accountability and commitment for their future targets and objectives for 2009.
We continue to involve and to offer development sponsorships within Concordia Kids Foundation Romania, through series of development workshops, both with the teachers and kids. They experienced teambuilding, team connection and values, innovation and fun together with us, in a very creative way through music and experiential moments using African Drums and Boomwhackers. After this kind of projects we feel more positive than at any time before that a vital difference can be made in improving children's circumstances, and that we can make it happen, certainly to begin with Concordia Foundation Romania! As a result of their passion, through our arts teaching separately, we have formed a band of 3 african drummers and dancing team among kids.
Our involvement consists also in bringing value to conferences, regional meetings, launching products/services or new development programs addressed to top and middle management, in such a way that the event will remain memorable and motivational into your people minds. This year, we brought our input and development accent to some important clients on the Romanian market as Vodafone, Pfizer and JTI, in such a way that our coaches involved the entire audience into a coaching conversation about leadership and developed specific context to raise the bar to the next level of performance both, as leaders into their business activity and at the individual level.
Banca Romaneasca, Zentiva continue to be our clients through creative teambuilding workshops which set out to implement new behaviours to all staff. The entire sessions transformed the teams into a rhythm orchestra session in which the team learned about listening, presence, about experiencing leadership attitude, connecting everyone and makes a difference to the team. The challenge is always to take the passion and essence of their personal stories, to take their own heartbeat and bring it to the collective pulse of the team and its values.
Our passion for development brought us into the public sector as well, being involved within a Phare project with beneficiaries Justice Ministry and Public Ministry, where Monica Eugeniu, the managing director of the "learning about" Company was involved as an independent expert in organizing close with WYG International, creative teambuilding and leadership workshops for top management teams having the task to align the team to the organization's values, leadership attitude, presence and teamspirit which brings to both teams lots of results and lot of fun. This year we started communication sessions and projects within Romanian University, addressed to students, in such a way that they will be able to understand how to create using efficient communication skills great relationships and partnerships.
Active Business Solutions is our new client which tasted for the first time a teambuilding session and also a communication workshop addresed to Client Service Department. They discovered great things among the team's members and the both sessions incresed the members' team spirit and the accountability.
ZenithMedia continued its yearly teambuilding session (the 3rd with us), this year on connecting the team to the power of alignment, communication and creating strong relationships among the team which brings results in teamspirit and lot of fun.
For our client Inform Lykos we designed a team building experience going deep into creating relationships, presence, fun and exciting experiences at individual level which brings them to a deeper connection among all participants.
