A typical programme is a combination of hands-on arts based sessions and thought provoking conversations in which team’s experience working, and playing together with a unifying theme of integrating Mind, Body and Soul.
Mind – Our facilitators and coaches deliver an innovative conceptual approach to leadership development, team learning, and larger events. We can tailor each session to meet your specific requirements
- Through the practice of Presence, we suspend our preconceived attitudes, and let go of outmoded behaviours. This allows for new insights to emerge, along with a roadmap for future action
Body – Our basic philosophy is that the most effective way to learn and grow individually and as teams, is to embody the experiences gained from hands-on training. We incorporate energizing music, movement and improvisation into our creative sessions to help inspire and challenge a wide variety of teams
- Experiential arts based sessions embody key learning points, encouraging a fresh sense of self which acts as a springboard to sustainable change.
Soul – this programme include our eco dome project, which benefits schools in the UK and Romania whilst raising funds to assist third world communities. This creates a tangible sense of achievement for participants; a sense of 'giving back' to the larger global community. This enhanced wellbeing is combined with an ethos of self development, which helps to encourage an ongoing sense of ownership and commitment.
