Purpose of the educational programs addressed
to Concordia staff/teachers/kids.
Provide development programs, teambuilding sessions in order to raise the bar to the next level of performance and understanding attitude makes the difference, in the way that teachers will be able to plant healthy seeds for the children’s future.
Our involvement consists in having development sessions, both with teachers and children. They experienced fun and teambuilding together with us in the following sessions:
- Teambuilding session mixing teachers & kids, using arts, exotic music instruments etc.
- Teambuilding session addressed to the teachers team, including management (working with them on team values, communication, trust, accountability)
- Best Year Yet 1 year program (in process) - this is one of the most powerful concept to create and achieve great team performances and objectives, planning strategically and aligning a team to a big purpose. There are coaching sessions which includes monthly follow ups.

Purpose of the educational programs addressed to Concordia kids.
Provide unique African drumming lessons and building up a band of drummers and dancers.
Our involvement consists in providing African drumming and dancing lessons to kids and teachers in order to create a real motivation to kids and developing talents and gifted children.
