Cal Earth Teambuilding session
We have developed a new and unique teambuilding session, in which participants create and build a dome for a community in which the fee for the event pays for a dome to be built for disadvantaged communities in Romania (e.g Concordia Kids Land).
What is Cal Earth?
Cal Earth domes are a new building technique developed in California by Nader Khalli, which involves building homes using super adobe sacking, filled with a mix of earth and cement, which is coiled round to make low cost, low impact buildings. They are also very strong and resistant to Earthquakes, high winds and are waterproof.
What does the event involve?
In this teambuilding session you will learn how to build these exciting new buildings as well as provide a community with a structure that can be used to provide something real and of lasting benefit. The idea is to provide authenticity and real value to the team. The event provides benefits for the participants by developing leadership, communication, responsibility and working together as a team.
